Lamb stew
Lamb 1 pound ( I prefer boneless)
Carrots - 1 bag I used fresh baby carrots(they hold up better)
Potatoes - 4 jumbo
Peas(optional)
I season my meat with garlic powder, onion powder, a little Cajun( if u like a little kick), smoked paprika adobo mustard beef maggie and Worcestershire sauce.
For my potatoes and carrots( try not to over season) Italian seasoning, olive oil,smoked paprika ,garlic powder and onion powder light adobo and maggie.
Cook on instant pot for 45 mins(put meat on top of potatoes and carrots.
