Rolling up the pants legs during prayer

Answer: Yes, it is included in that prohibition. The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) commanded that the hair and the garment not be folded in the prayer and during prostration. It is not appropriate for the person who is praying to busy himself with any of this. In reference to the matter of the person's pants being long, then he must refrain from wearing pants with this length, and he must correct this matter before he comes (to enter the prayer). In reference to the principle, it is not permissible for the man to wear his garments such that they fall beneath his ankles. Yet, in the prayer he leaves the things (garments) to hang in their normal condition, and he is not to fold or roll them up.
